Our Process

Every event is different, but the way I work isn't. Here's what you can expect from the moment you reach out.

1

You reach out

Fill out the contact form and tell me a little about your event. I'll get back to you within 24–48 hours.

2

We talk it through

We'll hop on a free 30-minute discovery call to talk about your vision, your budget, and what kind of support would feel right. I ask a lot of questions to make sure nothing gets missed.

3

I send you a proposal

No surprises. You'll receive a clear, itemized proposal outlining exactly what's included, the timeline, and pricing. You'll always know where your budget is going.

4

We build it together

Once you're signed on, the real planning begins. Depending on your package, I'll handle vendors, design, logistics, and everything in between, keeping you updated every step of the way without overwhelming you.

5

You enjoy every moment

On the day, I'm there so you don't have to be "on." I handle the setup, the vendors, the timeline, and anything that comes up, so you and your guests can just be present for what actually matters.
